From possibility to a place you love.
A clear conversation, a considered plan and the details agreed before work begins. Here is how to take the first step.
01. Tell us what you want to change
Start with what is not working, not just a list of materials. A garden might need a better place to sit, a clearer route to the gate or less separation between the house and outdoors. A driveway might need a more usable layout as well as a new surface.
Send your postcode, a short description and a rough idea of the size. Let us know if you have drawings, photographs or reference images. You do not need a finished design to have an initial conversation.
02. Understand the site and the scope
We discuss the property and arrange the next steps towards a quote. Existing levels, access for equipment and materials, boundaries and surface water all influence what can be built and how the work is approached.
Tell us about anything that must stay, any restrictions and the way the property needs to function during the work. Commercial enquiries should include public access, deliveries and operational considerations. Any specialist input or permissions needed for the proposal should be clarified at this stage.
03. Agree the materials and the quote
We bring the proposed work into a clear scope. This is the time to agree the layout, surfaces, edges, planting and other details you want included, and to discuss any alternatives. Material choices should be considered together so the finished space feels connected.
A quote is specific to the work described. If you would like to change the brief or complete it in phases, raise that before the start so any effect on cost and timing can be discussed. There is no obligation to proceed.
04. Build the space, then enjoy it
Once the project is agreed, the work follows the requirements of the site and chosen materials. Preparation and the way different elements meet deserve just as much attention as the visible finish.
At completion, discuss the care relevant to your paving, timber, lawn or planting. The aim is a space you understand and can enjoy, with a layout that supports the way you actually use it.
A few useful answers.
Is the initial quote free?
Yes. We offer free, no-obligation project quotes. The work included, material choices and any specialist requirements are discussed before a price is agreed.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Your postcode, a short description of the work and approximate dimensions are a useful start. Mention any access restrictions, changes of level and timing priorities. If you have photographs, tell us and we can agree the best way to share them.
Can you work with a garden design I already have?
Tell us about any existing drawings, specifications or material choices when you enquire. We can review the proposed work and discuss the practical scope, access and any information needed before quoting.
Can a garden be completed in stages?
Phased work can be discussed. It helps to agree the overall layout first, because access, preparation and the way materials meet can affect the sequence of the work.
How much will my landscaping project cost?
Cost depends on the size and condition of the site, access, preparation, materials and the work included. Photographs can start the discussion, but a site-specific quote is more useful than a generic price per square metre.
How long will the work take?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, site conditions, materials and availability. We will discuss a proposed programme for your particular project; weather and unexpected site conditions may affect it.
