Driveways & paving

A considered arrival.

Grey paving, lighter bands and a neatly defined entrance give this driveway a composed finish. The details work together across the whole frontage.

The pattern gives the frontage structure

Lighter bands break up the main grey surface and give the parking area a deliberate rhythm. The border follows the approach to the house, tying the driveway into the raised edge at the entrance.

The grey tones also sit alongside the red brickwork without trying to match it. It is a useful example of how a restrained palette can make a frontage feel coordinated without relying on elaborate patterns.

Looking beyond the surface

A linear channel is visible along the front of this driveway. On any new driveway, water movement, levels and the connection to existing surfaces need to be considered alongside the appearance of the paving.

The finished photograph cannot tell the whole construction story. For your project, we assess the actual site and discuss the layout, vehicle use, access, preparation and drainage approach before agreeing a quote.
